Nowadays, technology is becoming a part of language learning. Gradually, people thoughts about learning changed to be more advance. Language teacher tried to engage technology as the modern way in teaching and learning. In Indonesia, we can only find the technology stuffs in international standard school which is actually the number of non-international standard school is larger. If Indonesia has good human resources and then this nation can’t provide the students those technologies so it means that Indonesia is not ready yet to produce the good students. We know that technology can help teacher to make the students get a better understanding because there are so many technologies which is created that enable to assist the implementation of a better learning process.
In the developed countries, there is no obstacle to implement those technologies because their government supported well to provide it. But for developing countries, there are so many obstacles in implementing that. For the example, the people are lack of knowledge about those complicated technologies so it will be hard to implement it in developing countries like Indonesia. Beside of that, the main problem in Indonesia is about how government can make the equal quality of education. Like we know that education in Indonesia has distinct quality in every area. The point is Indonesia still has many problems to be solved. Meanwhile, the usage of technology can be tried from the simple one and then to the complicated one until Indonesia was ready to use those technologies in teaching of second language.

@Ema: I think it is not about social caste, but there is different treatment between both of them. In this case, government has responsibility to make all schools in Indonesia have the same standard of usage the technologies...

I dont get it "if Indonesia has good human resources and then this nation can't provide the students those technologies". well, when should the government or ministry of education should provide until Indonesia has good human resources? it's just too late. who said that Indonesia does not have good HR? I bet,there are plenty of good human resources. so, people can be studying while they are teaching.
